You may recognize Carmel Helene from her extensive touring with Miley Cyrus, Billy Ray Cyrus, Michael Bolton, Luis Miguel, Sheryl Crow, and most recently, the late Johnny Hallyday.

Carmel's musical influences are quite diverse, ranging from Whitney Houston to Dolly Parton and from Willie Nelson to Pantera. Her professional music career began performing with hard rock, top 40 and  jazz bands.  Carmel then broadened her repertoire and began doing session work for national    commercials and television, while also contributing to a number of film recordings. Carmel’s television credits include McDonald's, C.S.I., Jimmy Kimmel Live, NBC Super Bowl, BET Jazz, Perrier and others, while her film credits include "National Lampoon's Gold Diggers", as well as co-writing

and performing two songs in the 2004 TV movie "Christmas at Water's Edge". That led her to write, record and produce her 2010 self-titled debut EP, Carmel Helene.

Yet Carmel's passion has always been country music. "Country is in my soul" said Carmel. So, in 2013, Carmel set out to pursue her passion. While performing in Nashville one cold February night, Carmel's powerful voice and exotic looks, along with her guitar driven, high-energy style caught the attention of Shatz Music Group founder Eliot Shatzman. Work began the next day with producer Jim Kimball (Reba McEntire) to record Carmel's country EP, New Frontier, released in July 2016.

In March 2019, Carmel released her newest single and video, Since We Were Young. All of Carmel's releases can be found on iTunes, online music stores and internet radio everywhere.

“Sharing my love of music with the world is my goal. I like to combine my love of country and rock

music to create a bit of an edge. I love writing stories and I want my songs to tell them.
And believe me, I have lots of stories to tell.” - Carmel Helene
